Stephan M. Brenner

Stephan Brenner advises companies and shareholders primarily in matters of commercial and corporate law. A particular focus is on resolving conflict situations and litigation in the context of corporate and commercial law disputes.

In employment law, Stephan Brenner advises employers out of court and in the event of disputes with employees or the works council. Stephan Brenner also supports employers in negotiations with the works council and in the implementation of new working models.

Stephan Brenner studied law at the Universities of Tübingen, Augsburg and Freiburg, specializing in commercial and corporate law. During his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Tübingen, Stephan Brenner worked as a research assistant in the commercial litigation department of a renowned commercial law firm in Stuttgart. After his second state examination, Stephan Brenner began his legal career in a commercial law firm in Stuttgart, where he worked primarily in commercial and corporate law as well as employment law, before founding CONTIQ together with Dr. Oliver Boese and Dr. Frederic Dachs.
