Anna-Lena Hoffmann has been work-ing as a lawyer in the fields of data protection, e-commerce and compliance since 2015. She supports companies in the review and drafting of data protection contracts, data protection compliance within the company and in disputes with data protection supervisory authorities.
A particular focus of her work is on providing data protection advice during the development and introduction of digital business models in companies. Anna-Lena Hoffmann primarily advises her clients on the introduction of data protection processes for the handling of digital products.
Another focus of her work is in the area of e-commerce. Her work includes the review and drafting of website texts (e.g. general terms and conditions, data protection information, mandatory information for consumers) as well as legal advice and support for companies in the digitalization of business models.
In the area of compliance, Anna-Lena Hoffmann advises on data protection law as well as on sustainability, corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) and the handling of “green claims”. She is currently conducting research with a project team on a project tendered by the Federal Environment Agency (UBA) on the topic of “Product Infor-mation 4.0”.
